There will be a Captain’s Meeting,THURSDAY, March 30, 2017 at the STANHOPE LEGION BEFORE THE WINTER FINALS. All captains can come between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm to drop off rosters and monies due. Finals will be starting at 7:30. Feel free to stay and support the teams who made it into the finals by staying to watch. THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRIES!! As the schedule needs to be worked on immediately. If you do not have a roster there that night you will not be playing Summer.
All sponsor fees of $50.00 per team MUST be submitted at this meeting along with a completed roster and the $10.00 initiation fee for each team member. Player fees are $35.00 total. If a team captain is unable to attend this meeting please make sure there is a representative sent. The Summer Season will start on Thursday, June 1, 2017. Captains will pickup schedules and handouts for the summer season on May 25, 2017 between 7:00pm and 8:00 p.m ONLY!! at Lake Hopatcong Elks.
Balance of Dues is due no later then July 1, 2017. All money collected is mailed directly to: MADELYN WALROD, Box 235, Mt. Arlington, NJ 07856. Please contact her if you can not pay the balance on time!! Stats will be pulled for any player not paid!!!
