There will be a General Member Meeting Thursday Sept 11, 2014 at the Stanhope American Legion in Stanhope, NJ at 7:30 p.m.
All sponsor fees of $175.00 per team MUST be submitted at this meeting along with a completed roster (see attached form) and the $10.00 initiation fee for each team member. The balance of $70 is due by the date listed below. If a team captain is unable to attend this meeting please make sure there is a representative sent. Important decisions and notices are made at these meetings.
If you are interested in running for office, you must submit your name in writing at least two weeks prior to the General Member Meeting which means on or before AUGUST 28th,2014 so it can be added to the ballot. Email to email@example.com
Also if you would like to discuss any problems or questions at the meeting, please submit your request in writing by AUGUST 28TH,2014 to add to agenda.
There will be absolutely no late registrants accepted. If you are serious about playing, please make sure your team is registered on time.
The Winter Season will start on October 9, 2014 Captains will pickup schedules and handouts for the winter season on Saturday, October 4, 2014 starting at 3:30 p.m. at the Kickoff Tournament which is being held at Lake Hopatcong Elks. Tournament will start at 5:00 p.m.
The initiation fee of $10.00 is in effect for all players & sponsor fees are DUE at the General Member Meeting on Sept 11, 2014. THE REMAINDER IS DUE BY NOV 14 2014. SEND DIRECTLY TO MADELYN WALROD, BOX 235, MT. ARLINGTON, NJ 07856. These fees MUST BE PAID by the established date or your STATS FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM WILL BE PULLED & WILL NOT BE COUNTED AT ALL.
